Before the charge runs out press A and hold Left. Quickly dash past the small slope near the door and shoot the door open before activating the Morph Ball. Once you're in the following shaft immediately crouch when Samus flashes and run back through the door. Run back to the left and quickly blow open the door. Run over to the edifice on the far right. Near the door on the left end you'll see a small slope in the ground. First, head over to the long corridor where you first encountered Deorem. This Super Missile is actually in the same room as Missile BR.05 but you'll need to execute Shinespark techniques to reach it.
You'll first need both the Hi-Jump Boots and Speed Booster to reach this trickster.
